The Magical Adventures of Crystal Paul (0.3.0 Demo)

Description

Once a thriving location brimming with magical energy, Maelin's Mansion has since fallen into disarray when the evil Plasmalice kidnapped his own creator to claim the magic for himself. Now it's up to Crystal Paul to reclaim the lost Crystal Stars from the magical worlds created by Plasmalice and the captive Maelin.

OLL '23 DEMO - 0.3.0 Sneak Peak

- Visual overhaul, cel shader

- Major Tiny Tundra level design overhaul

- Added 2 stars and 50 gems to Tiny Tundra for a total of 5 stars and 80 gems

- Major optimisation work

- Remapped Drop Kick to work on a different button input

- Added the Outfits menu, Checkerboard and Candy Cane are the only outfits available in this demo

Scroll Level Select While Paused - Q and E / LB and RB (Xbox) / L1 and R1 (PS)

Special Manoeuvres

Double Jump - Jump + Jump

Bounce Jump - Jump right after a Slam

Slam - Jump + Special 1

Drop Kick - Jump + Special 2

Spin Attack - Hold Special 1 when on the floor

Snowpaul - Charge up a Spin Attack in Tiny Tundra

KNOWN BUGS

- Sometimes, leaving Maelin's Mansion will cause you to respawn inside it again. This should only happen once; just leave again and all will be fine.

- Some animations may play incorrectly. This is tied to the frame rate of the game.
